The Cumberland Valley Craftsmen and its parent organization, the Pennsylvania Guild of Craftsmen, were organized to promote quality crafts in Pennsylvania. Since 1973, the members of the CVCG have been dedicated to improving the quality of crafts taught, produced, and sold in the Cumberland Valley and throughout Pennsylvania.

We are an organization of dedicated, skilled craftspeople working in a variety of media. We encourage creativity in design and use of materials and uphold standards of excellence in design and technique. Participating members are chosen by a jurying process and must meet specified standards of excellence in technique, design, originality, and style.

We sponsor several events during which we invite you to meet our members, see us at work, learn about our unique and beautiful craft work and perhaps purchase something handcrafted to take home with you.  Our holiday show takes place in the Fall to promote quality crafts for the  gift-giving season. We also work year round with our members and other area arts organizations to promote our member craftsmen and the fine work they produce.

If you are interested in membership and would like more information please contact us at info@cumberlandvalleycrafts.org
